This job entails joining a team of 15 to assist the Wednesday assembly of over 1000 CSA boxes for delivery throughout the Puget Sound Area.

 

Duties include:

Pack room assembly, product identification, box packing, pallet assembly, pack room disassembly, and clean up.

CSA Driver

​

This job entails joining a team of 10 drivers to deliver CSA boxes on a route throughout the Puget Sound Area.

 

Duties include:

Loading CSA route boxes, time-conscious, safe driving, accurate, timely, friendly delivery!

Farmers Market Manager

 

This critical role entails working to keep our many markets loaded, staffed, locked and ready to roll. Definitely one of the most exciting and diverse roles on the farm! 

 

Duties include:

Provide direct and clear leadership to all farmers market staff according to Growing Washington's vision; working ahead of schedule to insure market trucks are fully stocked; assess routine maintenance checks on all vehicles; maintain excellent rapport with fellow vendors and Farmers Market staff; become a seasoned ambassador of all seasonal produce and production; ability to work long hours in diverse and sometimes challenging weather; critical thinker and solid decision maker; capable in basic MS programs and administrative duties; a positive and upbeat attitude.

Farm Worker

 

This job entails joining a team of over 25 workers on one of the most diverse organic farms in Washington state.

 

Duties include:

Planting, irrigation, harvest, product cleaning, parceling, market packing.
